FS: Clean 93 240sx hatch in SoCal / Redtop

Hate to say it but I have my 240sx SE model up for sale. It is a 93 hatch in charcoal gray. Car is in great condition. No accidents, frame damage or dents. New paint job although a little crappy. Interior is in good shape. No cracks on dash, no tear in seats. Carpet is good. All gauges work. Power locks, power windows, everything works. No water leaks. Rear seats have been removed, but otherwise stock interior is all there. I can re-install rear seats at your request. There is approximately 153,000 miles on the car. The SR20DET has approximately 70k miles on it. Never tracked the car or raced it. I'm asking $9800 for the complete car. List of mods is as follows:
