Greddy Profec B Spec 2 Boost Controller Tuning

Just installed a new Greddy Profec B Spec 2 boost controller on my 93 240sx with sr20det. I've been searching forums trying to find the best way to tune this thing. The instructions are a bit confusing to me. I did find a few threads on the tuning of this boost controller but the settings are very different from what I'm running now. I've found settings of approximately 40%, 24%, and 12 for set, gain, and set gain respectively. That's about the tuning range that I've found online so far but what I have is entirely different. I assume that different mods will require different settings to reach the same desired boost levels, so I'll list my mods here:

sr20det red top
t28 s15 turbo
intake
z32 maf
550 injectors
walbro fuel pump
remapped jwt ecu
turbo outlet
downpipe
test pipe
catback exhaust
fmic

I want to try to get about 12psi for low setting and maybe 16psi for the high. Right now I've managed to set the low to hit a steady 11psi and my settings are the following:

set - 70%
gain - 26%
set gain - .65

Feels pretty good, spool up should be quicker I think though. Am I way off here? I'd be interested to see what other people's settings are with similar mods. My manual boost controller seems to have spooled up quicker than this one. Please help. Thanks
